Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, excluding federal holidays within the United States (and some days before and/or after major holidays). For customer service inquiries please email us at info@nadiatarr.com, we will try our best to respond to your request/inquiry within 48-hours.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Most orders are processed within 48-hours of receipt. Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays.
Please allow an additional 72-hours for processing during peak business periods such as a special sale or a holiday.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: 

Until further noticed shipping may be delayed up to 2 weeks from order dateThank you in advance for your patience. NADIA TARR ships ONLY via UPS GROUND. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping times may vary due to requested ship location. NADIA TARR is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments as a result of carrier misfortunes or errors. NADIA TARR cannot issue a refund if your package is lost, damaged, missing or stolen.


PAYMENT METHODS:
NADIA TARR accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Your card is charged only for the items that we ship to you. Every shipment contains an invoice listing the charges made to your card for that shipment.

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly issue an exchange, store credit or refund (less the shipping charges.) Merchandise must be received back within 10 business days of your purchase. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee after 10 days. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on purchases older than 30 days.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Merchandise discounted 50% or more off the original price is Final Sale.

International purchases are Final Sale

RETURN PROCEDURE:
Please email info@nadiatarr.com to request a return authorization. Please indicate your order number in the subject field along with "RETURN REQUEST" and include the reason for your return/exchange in the body of the email.  

Nadia Tarr customer service will provide you with an RA# and return form to be included with your return package. You must write your RA# on the outside of your return package. Kindly note that returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number. 

We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Vintage: Each vintage piece is clearly labeled as: Good, Very Good or Excellent. Please note that the website has a full-screen view, which allows shoppers to see each garment in detail.
Garment Information: Due to the stretch and unique nature of the fabric used in the making of NADIA TARR garments, hem lengths may vary up to 3 inches and there is a slight stretch variance between stripes, prints and solid fabrics.
Color on the Internet: Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently, so if you have any concerns about specific colors, please email our customer service. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with information to help you select the color(s) that are right for you.
